Check out our selection of unique ingredients such as Citric Acid and Tartaric Acid that lend tartness to candies, emulsifiers and thickeners such as Gum Arabic, Lecithin, and Tragacanth Gum and a selection of hard-to-find baking ingredients like Baker's Ammonia, Meringue Powder, and Xanthan Gum (great for gluten-free baking).  We also carry Invertase for making candy creams, Isomalt for making humidity-proof hard candy, and Coconut Oil and Cocoa Butter which can be used to smooth chocolate for easy dipping.
