How Quick will I get my order?
United States and Territories:
Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days and are received within 2-5 business days from the date shipped (continental US). In some extreme cases we may at our discretion opt to use a different carrier and shipping and handling times may vary.
We are a small family business and do close occasionally for Vacation and Family Matters. When we are Closed a banner will inform you on the homepage of the website and a Pop Up window will appear letting you know the date we will return and resume shipping orders. You may still place an order while we are unable to ship and we will ship it out to you as soon as we return.
We do our very best to get your order to you quickly. All items ship from our location in Michigan.

How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rates based on total weight of the items -see below. During checkout you will be given the option to choose the shipping service and speed.
USPS Shipping Charge:
International Shipping: Please contact us through email with a request for International Shipping if you do not see that option displayed at check-out. Include in the email the products and quantity you would like to purchase and we will get you a shipping quote. We are unable to ship most liquids Internationally.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products most are exempt from being returned. As individual tastes are subjective and will vary from person to person. Cricket Creek Enterprises cannot provide refunds based on personal tastes and preferences. We recommend that you order a small size to sample any flavor/oil/consumable product that you have not tried before to make sure that you will like it prior to ordering a large size.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges are only offered on damaged or defective items.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, factory sealed in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be refunded in full or part at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
